NDOT Garnet Interchange Reconstruction

BEC provided biological resources compliance assistance to Ames Construction, Inc. for environmental permitting during reconstruction of the I-15/U.S. 93 interchange for the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). BEC conducted a noxious weed assessment and developed an Integrated Weed Management Plan, a daily inventory of the salvaged cacti and yucca, and migratory bird surveys to identify birds nesting on site.
