Nevada Rural Brownfields Partnership (NRBP)

BEC facilitated site cleanups for the first two NRBP projects under this Revolving Loan Fund program. Through the ABCA process, BEC helped refine processes for ensuring compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act and the Endangered Species Act. BEC Biological Evaluations have been provided to new brownfields grantees to be used as an example of efficient and comprehensive compliance documentation. BEC performs community outreach, stakeholder engagement, develops confirmation SAPs, and performs cleanup oversight.
