Interstate 11 Boulder City Bypass Environmental Support

BEC supported three clients on this critical transportation project for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada. BEC reviewed design/construction documents to confirm environmental mitigation measures were incorporated or provided effective methods to achieve compliance. BEC monitored ambient air quality by setting up, maintaining, and collecting samples from air sampling stations. BEC also monitored compliance with construction mitigation measures to avoid impacts on desert tortoises and other resources.
