Harry Allen-Eldorado Transmission Line Owner’s Environmental Representative

BEC was the environmental representative for DesertLink, LLC during construction of a new high-voltage transmission line. Using experience working with land management and regulatory agencies and knowledge of the protected resources, BEC managed/tracked the plethora of conservation and mitigation measures, stipulations, and other conditions required of the right-of-way leases/grants, use permits, and other authorizations.
