Phoenix Sky Harbor Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

BEC is facilitating the expansion of Sky Harbor Airport by drafting Phase I ESA documentation for priority properties. Over twenty Phase I ESAs have been finalized to-date, as a necessary step toward ensuring All Appropriate Inquiry liability protections are in place and recognized environmental conditions are evaluated as part of the planning process.
